Can I use Mailoak today?
Mailoak is in development. This page presents the direction of the product; a public release has not been announced.
Will I need a new email address?
No new address is planned. Mailoak is being designed to connect existing email accounts. It is not an email hosting service.
Will I need AiR Suite?
Standalone Mailoak is intended to work independently. Mailoak will also provide the email experience inside AiR Suite.
How does Mailoak learn from my edits?
Mailoak is intended to remember relevant corrections and user-controlled writing preferences. It does not mean every edit becomes a permanent rule or that the underlying AI model is automatically retrained.
Does Mailoak send my email to cloud AI services?
No. Mailoak is being designed to use local AI models exclusively. Your email content will not be sent to third-party AI services for AI processing. Your chosen email provider will still store and synchronise messages as required by your email account.
Is Mailoak GDPR and EU AI Act compatible?
Mailoak is being built around data protection by design, transparent AI assistance and EU AI Act readiness. Compliance also depends on how an organisation deploys, configures and uses the software. Product-specific compliance documentation will be provided before release.
